Mission Statement
To promote traditional and
classical designs based on past proven principles, including “green-friendly”
homes, beautiful exteriors, proper proportioning, thoughtful layouts, and usable
spaces.
History
Carolina Residential
Design and Todd Tucker have been designing in the North Carolina Piedmont and
Coastal Regions for 15 years.
Todd Tucker is a
professional member of the American Institute of Building Design and The
Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America.
He has attended advanced
lectures on Low Country Design, Traditional Neighborhood Developments, and
traditional home styles of the Federal Period.
He has also photo-documented hundreds of homes in cities across the
country, including

*Prices include one set of
construction documents (8 sets) OR digital format on CD (DWG or DXF
files). CRD is not responsible for these
files working in other drafting environments.
The purchaser has the exclusive right to build from the plans one time
and can modify the plans if the digital format is used. A license agreement will be included with
either format, authorizing the user to make changes to the plan or to make
copies of the plan for the one time build.
Reuse Fee
The reuse of the plan
qualifies the purchaser for a 20% discount up to 5 reuses and 30% at 6 or more
reuses. A purchase of three or more
plans at a single time qualifies for a 20% discount.
Custom Plans
Custom Plans are based on
$1.25 per square foot of heated space and does not include out buildings. Custom plans include 8 sets and are comprised

Agreement for Custom Home
pricing will be entered into using an AIBD Professional Building Designer
Contract. The purchaser of the plans
will receive a license agreement to build from the plans up to three
times. CRD retains the copyright, unless
prior agreements are entered into.
Additional Fees
Engineering services are
available upon request at the cost of engineering fees.
Shipping fees by USPS or
UPS Ground is included in the pricing.
Overnight is $40 (not all
areas may be accessible to overnight services).
